Awesome Stay at a Great Spot

convenient parking city center delicious breakfast
I did find convenient underground public parking right next to the hotel. The location is just blocks from the city center and the mall. The breakfast was definitely A+ with many options available for both adults and children. I really do like the area the hotel was in.
The room got really hot and the window didn't open, this made sleeping quite hard. A fan would be a good addition to help with this issue. I barely slept the first night because of this problem and did ask at the desk.

The staff here is very friendly, always kind and do assist with everything. They helped me with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. They always have a smile which I found is really nice.

The room was very clean and did feel really fresh when I walked in. The beds felt very comfy and soft, like sleeping on clouds. I like the little decor items placed on the dresser.

Breakfast had many options like eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. The location made getting around pretty easy, I did enjoy this so much. The underground parking really does make storing your car easier.

Amazing City Center Stay!

The breakfast offered a wide range of options and delicious freshly prepared coffee. The staff in the breakfast room were very attentive and prepared additional breakfast items upon request. I found the location central to the main square, bars , and restaurants.
I had to pay extra for parking my car , which I did not like.

missing air conditioning unhelpful staff
The lack of air conditioning was a problem. I saw it was advertised, but my room didn't have it. it was quite warm and uncomfortable throughout the night. also, the staff didn't seem too interested in helping when i mentioned it. They didn't offer solutions.

fantastic stay near the market square!

great variety helpful staff friendly staff free water
the hotel is very close to the main square and public transportation. the breakfast had a great variety and good quality options. the reception and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful! i loved that free water bottles were provided upon arrival in my room.
the hotel is on a busy street, and the windows are not soundproof. the noise was quite noticeable, especially at night, a little difficult to sleep! though, i still enjoyed my stay.

market square good bathroom secure parking
the location is amazing i could walk to the market square in less than 5 minutes! the room was a really good size and the bathroom was great. i felt secure with the parking too!
The mattress was terrible though i got some sleep. The pillows also weren't the best.

The rain showerhead was great. breakfast included tasty pastries and good coffee. the staff provided extra beds with stuffed animals for my kids. That was a nice touch. the hotel offered parking, very convenient for drivers.
